1- Cancellation / Replacement
For the Cancellation or Replacement request, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests must receive within 1 hrs after place your order for a maximum of 20% total ordered quantity or amount whichever lower. Your order must not be shipped. Once we ship your order, no cancellation/replacement request accepted, but you may request for return on receipts of your order.
Our policy lasts three days. If three days have gone by since your item/s Delivery(including delivery date), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For return, First, inform us via email with details and reason for return. We check our end once we approved your return then ship with good packing to our office address. We can't refund shipping charges except for damaged or wrong item/s. Please don't return items without our approval otherwise Phil India Stamps shall not be responsible.
To be eligible for a return maximum of 20% of the total ordered quantity or amount whichever lower, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We refund the base price of items only except taxes, Shipping charges.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines can not be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
1- Gift cards,
2- Books & Catalogues,
3- All Fiscal & Revenue items including India & Princely States
4- Collections & Accumulations, Albums & Accessories,
5- Downloadable software products, Digital Books, or Catalogues.
6- All items sold during the sales campaign.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
No Refund if, Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than five days after delivery

25% Re-stocking Fee will be a charge on all returned/replace/Cancellation item/s base price, except supplied damaged or wrong item/s by us.
If you get item/s that not according to the description / Damaged send back with in 3 days of receipts for a free replacement(if available with us) or refund. You'll get free replacement + return shipping charges. If we refund your money you'll get item price + return shipping charges.
4- All Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
The total Refund amount after deducting Re-stocking fee (if any), GST Taxes Paid to India GOVT. and Shipping Charges, will be refunded in the shape of Redemption Coupon, which can be used on our web store as payment within 30 days of issuing. If Coupon not redeemed during such period. It can't be renew. Once issued can't be cancelled. This Coupon Can’t be Combined with other offers. This Coupon not transferable.
5- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be accepted for returned/refunded except damaged or wrong.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
